To the Beach!!

A certain "somebody" who views this blog likes to see non-fisheye photos. Even though it is kind of a theme that I have been trying to follow . . . Well that certain "somebody" is also 25% of my reader base so heres to a  25% non-fisheye quota. Let it never be said that this blog does not listen to minorities! 

After a year and a half of living in the UK, we finally went to a British beach. We headed East to the port town of Lowestoft. You know you're getting on a bit when you pack snacks consisting of peeled oranges, muruku, crostini, aubergine pesto, biscotti, a flask of coffee and small jars of milk and sugar for a two and a half hour drive! It was cold, wet and windy when we finally got there so we had an early dinner and headed to our room to watch some telly. It was a bit sunny today so we went for a stroll to make the most of it. But after a half hour we were frozen so it was straight back to the car to head home. Got a few photos though and it was a pleasant drive, not bad for our first British Beach Bash!!
