So I hit the big THREE OH this year and was quite thrilled to get a Lensbaby Scout with Fisheye optic from my In-Laws as a present. Now although most of my friends will be thinking thats one more lens for a guy with more kit than sense, I've taken quite a liking to the lil fella. Sometimes I even leave the rest of the kit at home, other than the body that is. Anyway, this blog, which hopefully I pay more attention to than my last, is pretty much a journal of my adventures with my fisheye lens!

Today I made...
... a dark chocolate cheesecake with a graham cracker base and served it with raspberries baked in honey and dessert wine and an espresso. Why? Well I had some leftover cream cheese. What was I supposed to do? Throw it away???
