Pistachio Cheesecake with a Mint Graham Cracker Crust, made to serve in a jar!

Cool air, grey skies and yellow and red leaves. Very picturesque. I had intended to go for a walk yesterday and take some pictures. The day was perfect for it. A rarity here in the UK. I should have know better when I decided to put the task off to play video games and think up desserts instead, as today was closer to how my wife would describe autumn... Crap. Maybe next weekend then?
