Thats right!! I'm a fatty n I love my cookies! I've been trying to cut back on junk food lately and to help in that cause, I gave away most of the cookies I made last weekend. So yesterday when I wanted to have a cookie with my afternoon coffee, I was left wanting. Well I looked up a chocolate cookie recipe on one of my favorite sites (http://www.joyofbaking.com/) and replace the chocolate chips in half the dough with cashews and a secret ingredient! Thats right! Its my first cookie invention and you'll just have to wait till I open my lil cake & cookie shop to find out what it is! For the second half of the dough, I bashed up a pack of Malteasers I barely ate at the movies on Friday night and mixed them in.
